Against the backdrop of the 2008 financial crisis, the film is about Kasper a would be boxer with no real future when foreign agents approach him for his assistance in pulling off an audacious heist on a Copenhagen cash processing facility. Kasper and his gang go through in-fighting, sacrifices and the shadow of the law as they try to pull off the biggest robbery Denmark has known, as the plan unfolds. ​
