Masters of the Air is a 2024 American World War II drama miniseries that released on Apple TV+ on January 26, 2024. Created by John Shiban and John Orloff, the series is based on Donald L. Miller’s 2007 book Masters of the Air: America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany. It is regarded as a spiritual successor to Band of Brothers and The Pacific with Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, and Gary Goetzman returning as executive producers.
