Locked (2025) is a sick horror-thriller directed by David Yarovesky and produced by Sam Raimi. Starring Bill Skarsgård as Eddie Barrish, a small time crook and Anthony Hopkins as William Larsen, a vigilante who traps Eddie in a high tech SUV to mete out his own brand of twisted justice. This English language remake of the 2019 Argentinian film 4×4 is in theaters in the US March 21, 2025. Eddie Barrish, a down on his luck thief breaks into a luxury SUV in an empty lot. Unbeknownst to him the car has been modified by its owner William Larsen to be a trap for criminals. Once inside Eddie finds himself unable to get out as William remotely controls the SUV and subjects him to psychological and physical torture, electric shocks and extreme temperature changes. The movie is a game of cat and mouse between the two men.
