Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 (2024) — horror slasher directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield Serving as a follow-up to last year’s viral 2023 cult classic, this narrative continues the creepy “Poohniverse” in a much darker, much bigger way with a wider cast that includes even more evil monsters. Opening on the despicably violent aftermath of first film, Christopher Robin (Scott Chambers) goes back to his hometown Ashdown and subsequently castigates rescued by himself for what happened last time. The community still suspecting him, he loses combat to the actual culprits; mutant Pooh, Piglet, Owl and new recruit Tigger who are also known to cause terror (uncle) by hiding in shadows. From this the movie goes into its backstory of these creatures, slowly revealing mad scientist’s experiments on kidnapped kids (making Slasher a little darker and sci fi) effectively.
