“Dead Boy Detectives” is an unnamed supernatural detective series, set to release on Netflix on April 25, 2024. This is the start centered on two ghost teenage boys who refuse to venture into the afterlife and remain on earth to investigate supernatural cases. Based on DC Comic characters created by Neil Gaimain and Matt Wagner, the show follows two British schoolboys, Edwin Paine (George Rexstrew) and Charles Rowland (Jayden Revri), who died decades apart, but became the best of friends in the afterlife. After determining that they are not going into the afterlife, they created the Dead Boy Detectives Agency, to investigate reports of the supernatural. They have Crystal Palace (Kassius Nelson), a clairvoyant and her friend Niko Sasaki (Yuyu Kitamura), and uses a team to investigate supernatural cases. Although they try to avoid the bureaucracy of the afterlife, like the Night Nurse (Ruth Connell).
