Sakamoto Days is a 2025 anime adaptation of Yuto Suzuki’s popular manga that is exclusively streaming on Netflix. The series is produced by TMS Entertainment and combines action, comedy, and slice-of-life making it a top anime of the year so far. The series follows the story of Taro Sakamoto who used to be the most feared hitman in the the world of hit men. After falling in love Taro Sakamoto quits being a killer for hire to have a happy peaceful life as a convenience store owner and married father of a little girl. However, the obstacles of his past keep undulating in his life with ex-rivals and assassins searching for him. Now Taro Sakamoto must protect his family from hit men who wanted to kill him, but he said he wouldn’t kill anyone anymore after he fell in love and got married.
